Attendo Orgelgatan is a modern nursing home with a focus on culture and enjoyment. We have 100 apartments spread over six floors, three departments for people with dementia and three departments for people with high care needs. Together, we work to make a real difference! Here, we have nurses, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, team leaders, care assistants, nursing aides, chefs, cleaners, and managers in a large, wonderful team!

We are looking for someone who is driven by working with people. As a person, you are meticulous and engaged with the residents and their relatives. You find it easy to collaborate, have a pedagogical approach, and contribute to a good and pleasant atmosphere in our workplace.

Job Description

We are looking for you with a care assistant education and experience in care work within elderly care. Qualifications in dementia or psychiatry training/experience as well as previous delegations in, for example, medication management are advantageous.

We are now seeking employees for both the care department and the dementia department with varying employment degrees from 75% to 85%, both permanent positions and temporary contracts. Working hours are day/evening and every other weekend.

Qualifications, you must have:

• Care assistant education of at least 1350 points.
• Professional certificate from the National Board of Health and Welfare or a certificate from current/former employer regarding permanent employment as a care assistant.
• Experience in elderly care
• Very good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written
• Good computer skills/computer familiarity
• Work permit.

You are an independent, humble, and responsible person who is passionate about caring for the elderly and can see the individual's needs. About the recruitment process
