2nd Line Technician in Linköping

Job Responsibilities

About the Role

You will be part of a team of three technicians who together are responsible for 2nd line support. Here, you will closely collaborate with 1st line, which escalates cases via ServiceNow, and you will also have the opportunity to consult specialists when needed.

Examples of Job Responsibilities

• Troubleshooting and replacing hardware.
• Installation and configuration of new equipment.
• Troubleshooting local applications.
• Management of Active Directory.
• Support in Microsoft 365 and Azure environments as well as various 3rd party applications.

Technologies & Environments

• Case management: ServiceNow.
• Documentation & collaboration: email and SharePoint.
• Hardware management: Any4m.
• Platforms: Windows standard workplace, Office suite, M365, Azure, and other internal systems.

Your Profile and Qualifications

We are looking for someone who is:

• Service-oriented, solution-focused, and responsible.
• Experienced in troubleshooting and installation in a Windows environment.
• Comfortable handling hardware (installation/replacement/maintenance).
• Knowledgeable in M365 and Azure.
• Familiar with Active Directory and preferably experienced with Genesys Cloud.

Experience from similar roles is an advantage, but practical experience and the right attitude are highly valued.
