Are you an experienced and responsible loader with a CE license and YKB? Do you enjoy working in a team where safety and efficiency are top priorities? Then you might be the one we are looking for at Stena Stål in Västerås!

As a loader at Stena Stål, you will play a key role in our warehouse operations. Your main task is to efficiently and safely load heavy construction materials such as beams, reinforcement mesh, and pipes onto trailers for transport. You will drive a truck within the warehouse area, handle goods, and ensure that the materials are correctly loaded and prepared. The job also includes unloading incoming goods.

Responsibilities

We are looking for someone who has:

• At least 1-2 years of experience in truck driving, preferably within construction materials, metal, or similar heavy goods
• Technical skills: Basic computer skills and experience with business systems for order management/warehouse control. You can read and follow work orders and have experience with scanning equipment (e.g., handheld computers) for warehouse systems and real-time order information.
• Skills: Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. You work carefully and independently at a fast pace, have good physical strength for heavy lifting, and the ability to organize your work in a varied warehouse.
• Personal qualities: You are responsible, detail-oriented, and have a strong safety mindset. You are a team player but can also take responsibility for your own work. Flexibility, patience, and stress resistance are important as the job may involve time pressure and changing tasks.

Qualifications:

• Valid CE license
• Valid YKB.
• Forklift license B1 and driving license or A1 (some parts of the warehouse are outdoors and count as public road)
• Overhead crane license
