About the Role
Are you an experienced specialist in transport, trade, and logistics looking to take the next step? As a Transport, Trade & Logistics Specialist, you will be a key person in ensuring smooth flows for transportation, warehousing, and customs handling. Here, you will have the opportunity to drive improvements, build strong collaborations, and contribute to more sustainable processes.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead planning, implementation, and follow-up of local logistics flows

• Be responsible for inbound transport and external warehousing

• Develop and streamline transport and warehousing systems

• Build and maintain relationships with transport and warehousing partners

• Monitor KPIs such as transport costs and CO emissions 

• Ensure smooth import and export flows in collaboration with customs agents

• Perform correct customs procedures and classifications according to the Customs Tariff

• Act as a point of contact for customs authorities and suppliers

Your Profile
We are looking for someone who has: A university degree in engineering, economics, logistics, or equivalent experience. Several years of experience in supply chain, transport, customs, or logistics – preferably in the manufacturing industry. A strong drive, attention to detail, and the ability to take ownership. Good problem-solving skills and results-oriented focus. Experience with Excel and preferably SAP. Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
