About the role

As a Logistics Manager, you will be a key player in developing and implementing strategies for transportation and logistics. You will work closely with both local and global teams to ensure that the company's goals are met, focusing on efficiency, service, and cost optimization.

You will lead a dedicated team where you are responsible for planning, recruitment, development, and performance management. Your role will be central to driving continuous improvements and change initiatives across the entire supply chain.

Your responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies, policies, and processes within transportation and logistics.

• Ensure that local and global strategies align with business objectives.

• Optimize Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) and improve service levels.

• Lead the team with a focus on development, results, and collaboration.

• Contribute to change initiatives and continuous improvements within the supply chain.

Your profile:

• Documented leadership experience in transportation, logistics, or supply chain.

• Strategic ability to balance operational work with long-term goals.

• Good understanding of transportation pricing, logistics standards, and best practices globally.

• Results-oriented and accustomed to driving improvement initiatives.

• Fluent in English, both spoken and written, while Swedish is a plus.

• Academic background in logistics, supply chain, economics, or similar is desirable.
