As a nursing assistant in the Medicine Unit, you will work alongside other professionals to ensure safe and secure care. You play a central and important role in patient care, helping them feel included and engaged.

In your work, you are encouraged to bring your own ideas, and we always strive for you to develop and enhance your knowledge within a care team, while also gaining confidence in other aspects of the job. The Medicine Unit specializes in gastrointestinal, kidney, blood, and lung diseases, with a total of 28 beds divided into four care teams.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

The work on the ward consists of traditional nursing assistant tasks. The work will be based on a tailored schedule throughout the week to always meet the needs of the patients.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who is a trained nursing assistant, preferably with an interest and experience in gastrointestinal, kidney, blood, or lung diseases, or experience from another medical department.

As a person, you remain calm and know how to prioritize in stressful situations. Additionally, you have good communication skills.

Experience working with Cosmic and Nova, as well as good telephone skills, are advantageous.
