We are looking for a structured and driven Quality Engineer who wants to work on ensuring and developing quality work together with our international team and our suppliers. In this role, you will be a central part of preventing quality deficiencies and contributing to our pursuit of continuous improvements.

What experience & qualifications do you have:

* You have post-secondary education in engineering, industrial economics, quality, or a similar field, or equivalent professional experience.

* You have a strong interest and knowledge in quality, likely gained from work in production, business development, and purchasing, and you are now motivated to bring it all together into a new exciting role with an international flavor.

* You have previously worked with global teams and coordination of quality and process issues internationally.

* You have good statistical skills and can both perform and interpret statistical analyses as well as use analytical tools.

* You can drive root cause analyses (RCA) and find, coordinate, and follow up on quality and improvement work.
