Role Description:

We are now looking for a senior project manager for our project office to strengthen our operations in the business area of Security. This is a key role for those who want to combine their technical understanding with strong leadership and contribute to shaping the future security solutions together with an engaged team.

About the Role

As a project manager with us, you will lead both internal and external projects of varying size and complexity – with a particular focus on security-related installation projects. The role is centrally placed in the organization, which means you will work cross-functionally across several of our business areas. We offer a stimulating everyday life where you have great responsibility and the opportunity to influence both the direction of the project and our joint development.

As the company grows rapidly in the area of security, you will initially focus on this business area. Therefore, we prefer that you have solid experience in technical projects related to construction and contracting.

Your tasks include, among other things:

• Plan, lead, and follow up projects according to set goals, budget, and timeline
• Be responsible for communication with customers, suppliers, and internal teams
• Ensure that projects are driven according to established project models (preferably PPS)
• Report ongoing project status to the steering group and other stakeholders
• Actively contribute to the development of our project office and internal processes
• Support the sales organization in the quotation and assignment phase

Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone with several years of experience leading construction and contracting projects, preferably with a focus on technical installations. You are used to handling several parallel assignments, and you have a structured and solution-oriented approach. You also find it easy to communicate with both technicians, business partners, and customers, and thrive in a role where you coordinate different competencies towards a common goal.

To succeed in this role, we see that you:

• Have documented experience as a project manager in construction and contracting
• Have worked with technical projects, preferably in the security area
• Are self-driven, structured, and have a good ability to see the big picture
• Have experience with project models – PPS is an advantage
• Speak and write Swedish fluently
• Have a B driver's license (requirement)
• Are a Swedish citizen (requirement due to security clearance)
