In the role of constructor in building automation, you will design, project, and document intelligent control and automation systems in buildings, as well as collaborate with other technicians and clients to create energy-efficient, safe, and well-functioning properties. Examples of tasks

• Project planning and management in various projects 
• Develop technical solutions for automation in buildings – e.g., systems for ventilation, heating, cooling, lighting, and control systems.
• Create operation cards and technical documentation.
• Plan automation in projects from early stages to implementation.
• Participate in project meetings and discuss solutions with colleagues, clients, and other technical disciplines.
• Often work in groups but also independently with responsibility in projects.
• Create technical specifications and functional texts for control and regulation equipment.
• Investigations and calculations to choose the right technical solutions.
• Involved in implementation and follow-up in real buildings to ensure that the systems work as they should.

• Post-secondary technical education, e.g., in automation, control and regulation technology, HVAC, or similar.
• Alternatively, work experience as an HVAC consultant, refrigeration technician, fire consultant, plumbing consultant, or in contracting.
• Experience in building automation, preferably 2-3 years.
• Understanding of PLC programming.
• Swedish spoken and written.
