We at ChangeGroup Sweden are now looking for a part-time salesperson for our office in Löddeköpinge. Start date according to agreement.

The role of a salesperson at ChangeGroup means an exciting everyday life where no day is the same. As an employee at one or more of our offices, you actively work together with your team characterized by joy, collaboration, and business acumen - always with a high-quality customer focus.

Your tasks vary but mainly include:

• Work at the cash line to convey our main services: selling and purchasing currency
• Processing foreign payments via Western Union's payment system
• Processing bill payments/account deposits
• Continuous work against money laundering and training in applicable regulations and procedures
• Handling administrative tasks to support and follow up on our sales
• Participation in sales activities and marketing projects

We are looking for someone with the following qualities

• You love active customer meetings and constantly want to exceed customer expectations
• You are a driven and solution-oriented person who is passionate about sales, managing different customer profiles, and working towards set goals
• You are results-driven and service-oriented and want, just like your colleagues, to always deliver the best possible service for the highest possible profitability
• A flexible employee who can work at several of our offices as needed
• You are responsible and have an eye for detail, completing your tasks with great accuracy and on time according to deadlines
• You are a team player who enjoys collaborating with others
• Some computer skills, primarily in Microsoft Office
• You have a valid education at least at the high school level and have worked/currently work with sales activities
• Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written, is a requirement for the position, as the corporate language is English. Speaking additional languages is a plus
