Job responsibilities

The role of property technician is varied and no two days are alike. Your main tasks are to handle and address incoming reports of faults and service requests. As a property technician, you are the primary contact person for tenants in cases that arise, where your focus is to provide tenants with a welcoming response and a positive experience. Your tasks also include daily inspections, documentation, maintenance, service, and upkeep of the properties. You follow safety procedures and constantly work on improvements to optimize the property's function and sustainability. • Daily inspections and oversight of properties • Responsible for tag and key management and document completed work and maintenance actions in Vitec • Responsible for SBA (systematic fire protection work) together with the manager • Inspection of apartments • Create and maintain good relationships with a high level of service to Trianon's tenants in apartments and premises Trianon actively works with workplace safety and culture, where you, together with your colleagues, become part of a wonderful community. Education, experience, and personal qualities

• A few years of work experience in a role with similar tasks or in a similar technical service profession • Experience working with commercial properties is an advantage • Knowledge of technical installations, such as ventilation, electricity, and plumbing is an advantage • Good computer and system skills • Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written • B driver's license
