YOUR DAILY WORK

As a team leader at the Horshaga wastewater treatment plant, you will lead the work on-site together with our operations technicians. Together, you will be responsible for the operation of the treatment plant, pump stations, and our other facilities. You will plan, coordinate, and follow up on the daily work while also working long-term with preventive maintenance and development.

You will be an important link between operations and management and will closely collaborate with your manager Markus and our environmental engineer Emilia. You will also work with other team leaders within the company, giving and receiving help when needed, regardless of department.

Examples of tasks:

• Lead and distribute work at the Horshaga wastewater treatment plant
• Ensure that routines for operations, maintenance, and work environment are followed
• Plan and follow up on preventive maintenance
• Lead projects related to our facilities
• Participate in practical work when needed – we help each other!
• Engage in dialogue with authorities and contribute to environmental reporting

WHO ARE YOU?

We are looking for someone who enjoys taking responsibility and has experience in water and sewage, process industry, or similar technical operations. You thrive in a leadership role, are communicative, and have a knack for creating structure in everyday life. Above all, you are a team player; for us, collaboration and a good work environment are the foundation of everything we do.

Requirements:

• Technical education at least at the high school level, preferably with a focus on water and sewage, environment, or process technology – or equivalent experience
• Experience in operations, maintenance, or process facilities
• Driver's license (B)
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written

Meritorious:

• Experience in team leadership
• Knowledge in electrical, control, and regulation technology
• Previous work in the water and sewage sector
