The Role of Key Account Manager

As a Key Account Manager at Ikano Bank (https://ikanobank.se/), you will play an important part in the sales department where you are expected to actively contribute to achieving the bank's high growth targets, both in the short and long term.

Ikano Bank creates solutions that simplify financing You will work proactively to maintain and develop the bank's collaborations with both partners and customers. In this role, you will work closely with various departments within Ikano Bank and also lead and coordinate contact with partners and customers to develop strong and effective relationships. Your main responsibilities and tasks: - Prospecting new partners and end customers - Developing Ikano Bank's offerings in line with partners' needs over time - Preparing and presenting business opportunities - Optimizing profitability in relation to sales - Collaborating with various departments within the organization to optimize business processes and efficiency

In this recruitment, we welcome a background in the construction industry or the industrial sector. Requirements: - Experience in sales and key account management (preferably within construction and/or industrial machinery). - Documented ability to create, develop, and strengthen customer relationships. - Customer-focused and goal-oriented. - Has a strategic, analytical, and holistic perspective. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Fluent in both Swedish and English, spoken and written. - Ability to work in teams and in accordance with Ikano Bank's values of simplicity and common sense.

Additional information

Employment type: Permanent with a probationary period. Start: By agreement considering notice period Scope: Full-time, Monday-Friday, office hours. Location: Stockholm, including travel within the country for the position.
