Of course, we think our online store kicks *ss, but it’s in our physical stores that we really make a difference. That’s where we meet our visitors – and that’s where the magic happens. In the meeting, you as a sales associate can turn someone’s day around in just a few seconds. A visitor comes in, maybe a little tired after the day – and leaves with a pink bag filled with confidence, glow, and the feeling of having been seen. That’s exactly how we want it to feel! WOW!

We are now looking for two new colleagues to join our wonderful team at Lyko Mall of Scandinavia 💄 The position includes 5 hours a week and is perfect for you, for example, studying and wanting to combine your studies with a fun part-time job! This is a permanent position with a six-month probationary period.

What you will focus on

Together, we constantly strive to provide our visitors with a world-class experience, and in that work, you as a sales associate stand on the front line. As a sales associate at Lyko, you are so much more than “just” a sales associate – you are an advisor, inspirer, best beauty buddy, and an important part of the visitor’s experience. With us, it’s about truly meeting every visitor. You make contact, listen in, and share your knowledge in a personal way – always with the goal of helping visitors find the right product for their needs. That’s how we create that magical feeling of having been both seen and boosted ✨ In addition to customer meetings, you are also responsible for daily operations, including orders, restocking products, and visual campaign setup. You are also responsible for the overall impression in the store, ensuring it is clean, tidy, and inspiring – spotless, simply put!

For this role, we believe that you

• Love beauty! Sharing knowledge and ideas with customers and colleagues is the most fun you know
• Are a passionate seller who loves customer interaction and is driven by achieving results
• Are an unpretentious and engaged energy spreader
• Are flexible and enjoy working in a team as well as independently
• Are used to handling many different tasks in your daily work and have a structured approach
• Have relevant education in makeup or skincare – for example, as a makeup artist or skincare therapist
• Are at least 18 years old
