Station Manager at Carspect Hudiksvall

We are looking for a station manager for Carspect Hudiksvall.

As a station manager, you will have ownership of your station and personnel responsibility for the employees.

You will primarily work with inspection tasks. You will report to cluster manager Fredrik Ärlehed.

Responsibilities

In addition to inspecting vehicles, you will have the following responsibilities:

• Be responsible for quality work
• Coach, develop, and support employees
• Conduct development talks including salary setting
• Follow authorities' rules and routines regarding work environment
• Be responsible for sales to private and corporate customers
• Be responsible for the station's operations

Who are you

We are looking for someone who is a certified inspection technician. You have several years of experience as a manager.

You are an excellent Carspect ambassador, both internally and externally. You spread a good atmosphere at your station, are a natural leader, and your colleagues have great trust in you. You enjoy sales and sell by creating contacts and have an interest in our products and services. Of course, you are passionate about ensuring that customers enjoy their time at your station. You are also organized and work in a structured manner.

Carspect opened its first inspection station on July 1, 2010, the same date that the Swedish inspection market opened for competition.

We perform about one million inspections per year at our more than 118 inspection stations across the country. In addition to control and registration inspections of light vehicles, we offer voluntary tests.
