The Future Talent Program
For one year, you will have approximately one training day per month, with training specifically designed in collaboration with our client to help you through both technical skills development and personal growth. The talent program gives you a unique opportunity to build relationships with other participants, exchange experiences, and get to know other parts of the business.

More about the role
As an operations engineer, you will work on power plants around the world, focusing on ensuring operations related to electrical and automation systems. Your responsibilities will include ensuring through simulation and testing that the systems function optimally and meet the requirements set for the facility so that our customers have the best possible experience.

Your main tasks include:
• Commissioning and ensuring the functionality of electrical and automation systems.
• Troubleshooting and problem-solving to ensure operational reliability.
• Collaboration with clients and colleagues to meet project goals.
• Traveling to various parts of the world to participate in installations, commissioning, and maintenance.

Who are you?
We are looking for an engaged and knowledgeable person with post-secondary education in electrical engineering, power engineering, electronics, computer engineering, automation, or equivalent. You have a strong technical background and are solution-oriented. Experience in similar work is an advantage but not a requirement.
