As a Bid Manager, you will be responsible for driving the quotation and tender process from start to finish, in close collaboration with both local and global sales teams. Together, you form a strong team that drives the business forward. The role involves working in an international environment with customers worldwide, which may include travel as a natural part of the job and an important opportunity to build relationships and gain deeper insights into customer needs. You will be responsible for preparing documentation, planning and coordinating quotations and tenders, as well as supporting salespeople throughout the process – from initial contact and non-binding quotes to sharp tender negotiations and final negotiations, as well as any revisions. You will ensure that the business is well-reviewed, competitive, and that all documentation and materials are correct.

• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Engineering degree in industrial economics or another technical field
• Ability to work with large volumes of text and summarize the essence of customer needs
• Technical understanding or clear technical interest

It is an advantage if you have experience in previous BID work, project management, or systems engineering roles. Experience in product development, public procurement, or writing technical solutions based on customer requirements is also valuable. Knowledge of additional languages and international experience is a plus.

Salary: Fixed monthly salary
