Solåkrabyn is a non-profit organization that provides social therapeutic LSS services for adults in Järna, Mölnbo, and Selaön in Stallarholmen.

Qualifications

You need to have a care and nursing education, equivalent education, or experience working in care and nursing. Proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written, is required due to extensive documentation and communication, as well as computer skills and a B driver's license.

Experience with Alternative and Augmentative Communication (AAC) and working with individuals with disabilities is considered an asset.

The tasks include, under the guidance of the workshop manager and together with other employees, being responsible for employment, development, and care in daily operations according to LSS. Daily written documentation is part of the tasks.

Working hours: daytime Monday to Friday
