About us

CGAB is a growing company based in Ystad. We operate throughout Skåne, with a particular focus on the southern parts, and offer services in garden construction, stone setting, and garden maintenance. Our strength lies in the combination of professional pride, experience, and a strong team that always delivers high quality to both private and public clients.

We are facing an exciting development – with the goal of growing and establishing ourselves in more parts of Skåne in the coming years. The Role

As a team leader with us, you will play a central role in planning, leading, and supporting our teams in their daily work. You will be close to both the staff and the projects, ensuring that the work is carried out with quality, structure, and commitment.

Since we are a smaller but growing company, there are great opportunities to influence – and the role will evolve over time. For the right person, this means a clear journey from team leader to project manager, where you will take greater overall responsibility for our larger projects and help shape the future of CGAB.

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead work teams in ongoing projects
• Create structure and workflows in daily operations
• Support, motivate, and develop employees
• Client communication
• Interpretation of drawings
• Manage project administration in the Office suite.
• Contribute to budgeting, bids, and project follow-up

We are looking for someone who

• Has experience as a team leader or senior worker in construction, building, or similar
• Is confident in your role, has leadership qualities, and wants to develop further
• Is computer literate, experienced in working with the Office suite, reading drawings, and communicating professionally via email
• Has an interest in finance, planning, and overall responsibility in projects
• Is structured, communicative, and good at creating engagement within the team
• Has a B driver's license
