ICA Kvantum Malmborgs in Limhamn is owned and operated by the Malmborg family. The store is a meeting place for food lovers!

We are now looking for someone who wants to run and develop our store kitchen and help launch our new hot food bar!  The position itself: We have a productive kitchen department. Our development is very positive in all our fresh produce departments, and we want to find someone who wants to continue on this journey.

Therefore, we are looking for someone with a burning interest in food and cooking.  You will create new taste experiences from the store's raw materials. You will be responsible for both hot kitchen and cold kitchen. You will continuously work with purchasing, planning, orders, key figures, and food waste, as well as keeping the department neat and fresh. You will produce, work with catering, and cooking. You will constantly work with hygiene and self-control. Together with your team, you will ensure that the department is always well-stocked and appealing. You will work with a wonderful team that is constantly driven by absolute customer satisfaction. You will have a significant role in the daily operations. 

Your qualities: We are looking for someone with a genuine interest in food and service. You are comfortable working independently and driving the department forward with both economics, volume thinking, and the customer always in focus. You are driven by inspiration for the customer, figures, sales, and development. You are a proactive person with the ability to implement activities that create an efficient store operation and an attractive department.

Qualifications: Similar position previously in grocery retail or restaurant. Genuine strong interest in food, handling both cold & hot kitchen. You are very driven and take your work very seriously. You have previous experience with self-control and waste management. You want to develop and drive profitability in your department. 

Meritorious: Experience from a similar position, worked as a chef, cold kitchen worker, or have culinary training. Familiarity with store systems such as ICA Meal, SO, My Store, AOB.

Employment form: Full-time. Salary according to agreement. The store's opening hours are from 07:00 to 22:00 every day of the week. Your working hours are currently from 07:00 to 16:00 Monday to Friday. Our selection is ongoing, so please send in your application as soon as possible.
