Responsibilities

  • Drive new business: Proactively identify, pursue, and secure new customers and projects in Construction and Agriculture segments. Build a strong sales pipeline and convert prospects into long-term partnerships.
  • Own the deal: Lead customer negotiations, develop competitive proposals, and close agreements that deliver profitable growth.
  • Customer leadership: Build and maintain trusted relationships with decision-makers at OEMs and Tier-1s, ensuring CPAC becomes their preferred partner.
  • Market growth: Continuously scan the market for opportunities, competitor moves, and customer needs — turning insights into winning commercial actions.
  • Cross-functional execution: Work closely with engineering and operations to ensure projects meet customer expectations on cost, quality, and time-to-market.

Key Qualifications

  • Proven sales success: 3+ years in business development, account management, or technical sales — ideally within automotive, electronics, or industrial equipment.
  • Hunter mentality: A strong track record of building pipelines and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Negotiation skills: Confidence in leading complex customer discussions and securing favorable agreements.
  • Technical curiosity: Ability to understand electronic systems and communicate their value to both engineers and commercial stakeholders.
  • Analytical & commercial acumen: Skilled in building business cases, value propositions, and ROI calculations for customers.
  • Education: Bachelor or Master’s in engineering, business, or related fields.
