Business Architect (O2C/O2D, ERP)

We are looking for an experienced consultant who wants to be part of our Business Architecture team within the Industrial ERP Backbone (IEB) program. The program drives the transformation of our global ERP environment, where Order-to-Cash (O2C) is one of the most central processes within Sales & Marketing.

The role is fully dedicated (100%) to the IEB program and involves close collaboration with program leaders and stakeholders to ensure coherence, consistency, and alignment with the customer's target architecture.

Responsibilities:

Represent and ensure O2C and O2D processes from a process and architecture perspective.

Contribute to achieving business goals and target architecture, guiding design decisions towards efficiency, scalability, and best practices.

Be a results-oriented partner to project management and provide pragmatic solutions.

Support Business Process Owners (BPOs) in establishing, documenting, and governing global processes and templates.

Drive change management and handle change requests related to O2C within the program.

Collaborate with other process areas and Service Integrator for seamless integration.

Identify and communicate business impact when adapting to industry standards.

Your profile:

Documented experience in Order-to-Delivery processes within the manufacturing industry (automotive industry and complex products are advantageous).

Solid background in business architecture in global and complex environments.

Results-oriented and pragmatic in your approach.

Strong communication and collaboration skills, accustomed to working cross-functionally.

Experience in process documentation and tools (e.g., Aris).

Fluent English, both spoken and written, is a requirement.
