About the role

We are looking for an experienced and versatile system developer with architectural competence. The role involves overall responsibility from architecture and system design to implementation.

To fit the role, we want you to have:

• A degree in electronics, computer engineering, or equivalent
• Deep experience in Java and backend development
• Documented experience in systems and software architecture
• Good understanding of design patterns, integration solutions, and microservices architecture
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure), container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes), and CI/CD
• The ability to see the big picture in complex systems and translate business needs into technical solutions

Meritorious:

• Knowledge of multiple programming languages
• Knowledge in DevOps and automation
• Familiarity with agile working methods (Scrum, SAFe)
• Experience coaching teams or acting as a technical leader
