About the organization

For this position, we are looking for someone who wants to help continue building the workplace of the future in psychiatry - an evidence-based quality-driven BUP that can inspire all of Sweden.

You will be involved in further developing our child and adolescent psychiatric clinic. You will have significant influence in shaping new working methods and need to enjoy structuring and organizing processes and routines. You will be part of a strong and engaged team and need to be flexible and ready to help where needed.

About the position

We are looking for you with a degree in psychology who has a strong interest in child and adolescent psychiatry. The main tasks as a psychologist with us are neuropsychiatric assessment work and evidence-based psychological treatment. With us, you will have a PTP supervisor available in the organization and good opportunities to gain broad experience in assessment, treatment, and investigation. Who are you?

We are looking for a trained psychologist with experience/interest in psychiatry, especially children and adolescents. We consider it an advantage if you have experience in conducting neuropsychiatric assessments or psychological treatment of children and adolescents. You have a drive to learn more about the field and do not hesitate to take on new challenges with good support. You have the ability to work independently and in a structured manner and have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.

As a person, you have a positive attitude, are confident in yourself, and can be both task-oriented and relationship-oriented. About the employment

Salary type: Fixed monthly salary.

The position is 100% and is a fixed-term employment. Our ambition is for you to enjoy your work and want to stay, so there is the possibility of a permanent position after completing your PTP.

Start date: Autumn 2025 or by agreement.
