About the Position

As a care assistant with us, you will:

• Be a key person in a team that prioritizes service and interaction.
• Work solution-oriented, both independently and in close collaboration with colleagues.
• Receive support and guidance from experienced nurses and our management team.
• Have the opportunity for flexibility through hourly employment, perfect if you are studying to become a care assistant at the high school level or in another subject and want to work during breaks and weekends.
• Participate in internal training to develop your skills and competencies.

In this work, it is extremely important to have a good and professional approach. The prerequisite is to enjoy meeting different people, have a positive view of humanity, be easy to collaborate, feel secure in your role as care staff, and have good problem-solving skills.

What We Are Looking For

You are someone who:

• Can work both independently and in a team.
• Is communicative and engaged in making a positive difference.
• May be studying to become a care assistant or have some experience in the healthcare sector.
• We consider it an advantage if you have previously worked in elderly care, but it is not a requirement.
• You have a valid professional certificate from the National Board of Health and Welfare.
• You master Swedish in both spoken and written form and can document in social journals.
