We are looking for an R&D Senior Engineer to join the Technology team of Capacitors and Surge Arresters. In this role you aim to develop cost competitive products with best-in-class technology and quality for Capacitors.

How you’ll make an impact

• Senior engineer role in the design and development of high voltage capacitors
• Maintain global master data.
• Qualify new Supplier, Materials, technologies and production processes
• Lead and/or contribute to R&D projects with planning, execution, analyses and documentation
• Lead and/or Participate in the transfer of new Products and new manufacturing processes to the factories
• Write tutorial, guidelines, test procedures and reports
• Deliver high-quality results on time
• Work with a global R&D team ensuring knowledge sharing, timely and high-quality deliverables
• Quality issue resolutions
• Create ideas and proposals for new R&D projects

Your background

• University degree in material science, chemistry, physics or electrical engineering
• Experience in the development of High voltage Capacitors is a merit
• Openness for new challenges and interest to learn and develop
• Team spirit with the capacity to work independently complemented by well-developed analytical skills
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken
• Swedish and other languages is meritorious
