Responsibilities
As a technical salesperson, you will be a central part of Chiller's sales process and an important ambassador for the company's products and product selection program in the Swedish market. Your primary target group is HVAC consultants, property owners, and installation companies, where you are responsible for building long-term customer relationships, driving customer activities, and providing technical support in the planning process. The role also includes preparing quotes, following up on deals, and actively driving sales forward.
In the role, you will book and conduct customer meetings, respond to technical inquiries, and develop solution proposals within liquid cooling and climate units, heat pumps, and fan coil units. You will also guide consultants in the use of Chiller's product selection program and ensure that customer needs are met in the best possible way.
You will work closely with sales colleagues in other regions and have close contact with the factory in Finland to discuss and develop technical solutions. The role involves travel within the west coast, where you also have your base and work from your home office. You report directly to the CEO of Chiller Sweden AB.
Education, experience, and personal qualities
• Degree in HVAC technology or a related field (or close to graduation)
• Experience in the cooling or heat pump industry, for example, in a role as a salesperson, technician, HVAC consultant, supervisor, project manager, designer, or engineer
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
To thrive in the role, you are social and relationship-building, and feel comfortable in customer meetings where you use both your communication skills and presentation abilities. You are service-oriented and motivated to always offer the customer the best technical solution. Since a large part of the job involves customer visits, you are organized and used to planning, booking, and conducting your meetings. You are results-oriented and driven by setting goals and working independently to achieve them. At the same time, you are flexible and enjoy both collaboration and changing work conditions.
