As a Project Quality Manager, you play a crucial role in the company's delivery projects. You will act as a sub-project leader and be responsible for the project's quality activities. You are part of the project team where collaboration between project members from different disciplines is central. You report together to the appointed project manager for the project. In your role, you will, among other things, establish quality plans and monitor the quality activities for the specific project. You have the authority and responsibility to ensure that the quality plan is implemented and maintained. The activities vary depending on the contract with the customer, internal instructions and processes, as well as local laws and regulations. The work also involves conducting a number of international business trips per year, where you visit customers or subcontractors.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience in quality control and quality assurance
• Has good collaboration and communication skills and can effectively interact with colleagues and other stakeholders
• Is result- and quality-oriented, with a strong ability to focus on the customer and ensure that their needs and expectations are met
• Can communicate well in Swedish and is fluent in English. Additional language skills are valued
• Has a bachelor's or master's degree in quality or a technical field, or extensive experience in the quality area
• Knowledge of gas turbines is an advantage

Salary: Fixed monthly salary
