ABOUT THE POSITION

ZRS Testing Systems is an accredited calibration laboratory operating in testing and measurement technology. The company offers innovative solutions in material testing, quality control, and calibration, and has established itself as a reliable partner for customers in various industries over a long period. The systems they deliver are advanced testing systems and instruments used in laboratories for research, quality control, and inspection. ZRS represents and is a dealer for the German company ZwickRoell, which is a world leader in its field.

As a Technical Salesperson, you will be an important link between the customer's needs and the company's technical solutions. The role involves long sales cycles with a focus on consulting, technical discussions, and working together with the customer to find tailored solutions. You will have the opportunity to combine a strong interest in technology with an outgoing role where relationship building is central.

Your tasks will include:

• Building and maintaining long-term relationships with existing and new customers
• Engaging in technical dialogues and presenting customer-adapted solutions
• Demonstrating advanced testing systems and instruments
• Preparing and following up on quotes, contracts, and projects
• Working closely with the technical team and suppliers to ensure quality and customer satisfaction
• Conducting meetings both physically and digitally
• Participating in marketing activities and contributing with technical expertise

ABOUT YOU

We are looking for someone with a background in physics or a related field who thrives in a role where technology and customer contact meet. Experience in B2B sales with a technical focus is an advantage, but your technical understanding and ability to build trust in dialogues are crucial.

• Have a genuine interest in technology and the ability to understand various types of businesses and complex systems
• Enjoy working advisory and in close dialogue with customers
• Are skilled at building long-term relationships and creating trust
• Have a good ability to express yourself in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing
• Are independent and responsible in your work
• Have a B driver's license and enjoy regular travel in Sweden
