We are now looking for an Assistant Department Lead for our Customer Care team. We are looking for someone who is inspiring, engaged, and wants to contribute to creating the world’s best customer experience together with the Customer Care team.

What does the role entail? As an Assistant Department Lead within Customer Care, your primary mission is to work alongside the Department Lead to ensure the daily operations of the department and lead the team to create the world’s best customer experience together. This means you will work with all our brands and in all our languages. 

Your main responsibilities will be to...

  • Ensure that we are constantly working to create world-class customer satisfaction in every single moment.
  • Work in operations handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Actively work on improvement suggestions to enhance quality and efficiency.
  • Work towards the team achieving both daily and long-term goals.
  • Coach, train, and motivate the team in the department to reach individual goals.
  • Be responsible for various administrative tasks in the department.
