About Apoteket Hinden 

We are a small suburban pharmacy in the little center of Hammarbyhöjden. Our customers are mostly local residents, with many elderly customers and families with children. We are located next to and work closely with a healthcare center and nursing home. At the pharmacy, we work as a team of one pharmacist and one technician. Just as you are expected to build a long-term relationship with your customers, we want to do the same with you. We support you in your career - as a pharmacist at Apoteket, you can develop in roles such as medication responsible, sales leader, specialist pharmacist, or why not a role as pharmacy manager?

The working hours for this position are within the local pharmacy's opening hours: weekdays 09:00-18:00, weekends closed.

Your role

Our pharmacists always work with care, quality, and the customer's needs in focus. In your role with us, you contribute to a safe, professional, and welcoming experience for everyone who visits us. In your role, you will handle counseling, prescription dispensing, and self-care, and take responsibility for safety and service in every customer interaction. As a pharmacist at Apoteket Hinden in Johanneshov, you will play a central role in meeting our customers' needs for advice and products related to medications and health.

• Provide professional advice and create added value in every customer meeting, with care and understanding of people's different needs.
• Contribute to patient safety and quality in everything you do, so that our customers can feel safe with us.
• Share knowledge and experience with your colleagues – we grow and develop together.
• Stay updated on our product range and our campaigns, to provide customers with the best possible help.
• Contribute ideas and initiatives to develop both the workday and the customer experience at our pharmacy.

Who are we looking for?

For this position, you need to be a licensed pharmacist or pharmacy technician, with a clear interest in people, health, and medications.

• You have a few years of experience working in a pharmacy. 
• You have experience working with prescription dispensing.
• You have a particular interest in self-care, as we are a small pharmacy, you will handle all types of customer inquiries. 
• You have a warm and professional demeanor where you see every customer.
• You enjoy collaborating and contribute positively to the team.
• We believe you thrive in an environment where structure and results go hand in hand.
