Pharmacists for our customer service in Stockholm. Working as an advisory pharmacist means that you have contact with and assist our customers with advice on both prescription and over-the-counter products and medications. You are part of the pharmacist team and play a key role in our organization. Working at Apotea's customer service is a varied job where you develop and learn new things daily, and you become Apotea's face to the outside world.

Being a pharmacist at Apotea means having many customer contacts in a day but never meeting the customers physically and having the opportunity to focus solely on your pharmaceutical mission.

Your main responsibilities

• Contact with our customers via phone, email, and chat.
• Ensure safe and secure medication use for our customers.
• Pharmaceutical control of orders before delivery.
• Carry out other tasks within the team such as license and APL orders.

Who are we looking for?

• You have a relevant education in pharmacy with a license as a pharmacist or pharmacy technician.
• Experienced with a couple of years of work experience, preferably in e-commerce or customer service.
• Are a good communicator and can express yourself in both Swedish and English. (Knowledge of other languages is an advantage.)
• Very good computer skills.

To succeed in the role, you need to be a service-oriented, responsible, and solution-focused person with a strong commitment to pharmacy and health-related issues. You take your own initiatives and want to help our customers in the best way possible. You are curious and take responsibility for learning new things and are happy to share your knowledge with colleagues. You enjoy collaborating in a group and take responsibility for ensuring that together you provide the best service to our customers.
