Trollbäcken Health Center in Tyresö is looking for a registered nurse or a registered district nurse for a summer substitute position in our home care and at our clinic. The health center is located in the center of Trollbäcken, about 15 minutes by bus from Gullmarsplan.

We are looking for someone who wants to work in an organization that prioritizes reasonable workload, high medical quality, developing and supportive teamwork, and personal care for our listed patients.

At the health center, we provide general practitioner services, district nurse-led diabetes, asthma/COPD, and blood pressure clinics. Our psychosocial team includes social workers and psychologists. In addition, there is a well-equipped local laboratory, child health care, and home care. We have approximately 12,500 listed patients and currently have about 40 employees.

About the position:

You will work as a nurse with home care, your own clinic, and telephone advice. The work is independent, but you always have the opportunity to receive support from experienced nurses, district nurses, and nursing assistants who have worked at the clinic for a long time. Documentation is done in the TakeCare journal system.

About you:

You are a qualified nurse or district nurse. Proficiency in Swedish equivalent to C1 is a requirement within Region Stockholm. We want you to have a positive attitude, be service-oriented, and be able to switch between working independently and together with others. You will have contact with different types of patients and professionals in various work environments, which means you are flexible and have good communication skills. We place great importance on personal suitability.

We expect you to be confident in your professional role and to share your expertise with your colleagues and coworkers.

Additional information:

Substitute position from June 22 to August 14. Full-time. Start date by agreement. The position will be filled provided it is not needed for internal relocation, according to current regulations.

For patient-related work within the Stockholm County healthcare area:

• background checks will be applied before hiring decisions according to SLSO's overarching guidelines for background checks during employment.
• employees who will have patient contact must undergo a pre-employment health examination, according to current directives, which is conducted through occupational health services before employment.
• in addition to Swedish professional licensure, good knowledge of the Swedish language equivalent to level C1 according to the Common European Framework of Reference (CEFR) is required. The same requirements apply to non-licensed personnel with patient contact.
