But there is a simple solution that works wonders for both body, heart, and brain – movement! But we need your help!

We are now looking for a Gym Manager at 100 % who wants to take responsibility for driving growth in one of our most important gyms in Stockholm and develop our leadership in line with our mission and values. 

Your mission 

As Gym Manager, you have overall responsibility for daily operations, service, and growth, reporting to the District Manager in Stockholm. You are responsible for ensuring an excellent member experience, coaching and developing your team, and ensuring that the gym is well maintained. Together with your team of gym hosts, you drive scheduling, staffing, and sales to inspire more people to get moving, but this does not include personnel responsibility. 

You will also follow up on group training and personal training in close collaboration with your district manager and group training manager (GTA) as well as the central training manager. Your role is central to the gym's development and success, and you have a holistic perspective that covers everything from daily operations to long-term growth and member satisfaction. Your role will be operationally active, where you are close to the member for the best service.  

Please note that working hours will be scheduled during daytime, evening, and weekends. This means that flexibility around working hours is a requirement for the position. You are expected to adapt to a varying schedule and be available for work at different times to meet the needs of the business and ensure a high level of service for our members.

Requirements: 

• Good ability to work result-oriented with a focus on sales and member satisfaction. 

• Experience in scheduling and personnel planning. 

• Fluent in speaking and writing Swedish.

Meritorious:

• Experience working as a team lead, preferably within the training, service, or retail industry.

• Experience leading and coaching staff.
