Working hours and employment rate: Working with us means scheduled shifts during the day, evening, and weekends. Employment rate 60% - 90%.

Salary: Individual salary setting according to agreement, other compensation according to collective agreement.

Job description

As a nursing assistant at Humana Hägerneholm, you will have a varied job where you plan and implement weekly planning, manage medications, and plan activities. You will document and handle any deviations daily. Together with colleagues, you will distribute tasks and communicate with HSL staff such as registered nurses, paramedics, and on-call nurses.

Examples of tasks:

• Be a contact person and be responsible for your clients' weekly planning and implementation plan
• Follow up on your clients' weekly planning and implementation plan
• Receive delegation of medication from registered nurses
• Conduct fun activities
• Manage documents and deviations

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who is a team player – a responsible person who enjoys working both independently and in a group. You have the ability to see the big picture and are not afraid to take initiative. You are used to documentation and work with quality as a guiding principle. Experience in person-centered work is an advantage, and we believe it is important that you are a relationship builder with good collaboration skills and a positive outlook.

We are looking for you who:

• Are a trained nursing assistant or have equivalent work experience
• Possess good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing

It is an advantage if you have:

• Experience working in elderly care or home care
• Experience working with people with dementia
• Experience in privately run operations

A prerequisite for starting employment with us at Humana is that you can present valid ID and any documents that confirm your right to work in Sweden.
