About the position

This is a full-time consulting assignment that lasts until the summer of 2027. You will be employed by Bravura and work as a consultant at Axfood. There are good opportunities for extending the assignment.

Wholesale sales are conducted through Snabbgross, and the support company Dagab is responsible for assortment, purchasing, and logistics. Axfood also includes Urban Deli and co-owned Apohem and Eurocash. Axfood SSC aims to operate based on common processes and systems and administer services for all Axfood's wholly-owned companies. In the role of customs administrator, there is an opportunity for remote work, but the position requires you to be able to be on-site in Jönköping on occasion.

Job responsibilities

As a customs administrator, you have a coordinating role where you work with various tasks within the customs area. You are responsible for managing and following up on customs matters of varying complexity and ensuring that declarations and documents are handled according to applicable laws and regulations.

Examples of job responsibilities:

• Prepare and send import declarations on time according to established procedures
• Handle transit cases and associated documentation
• Support freight forwarders and other partners in customs-related matters
• Conduct thorough document checks to ensure correct information
• Continuously improve and develop customs administrative processes.

Education, experience, and personal qualities

• We see that you have at least 5 years of work experience as a customs administrator or similar, preferably within the food industry
• Good experience and knowledge of customs systems and processes
• You speak and write fluently in Swedish and English
• Post-secondary education in a relevant field is an advantage
