In the position of care assistant, you will work with care and support based on the client's wishes, in accordance with the assistance decision and always with a strong focus on quality. You will assist with personal hygiene, meal preparation and serving, responding to alarms, and being there for social interaction. Social interaction is an important part of our work to ensure everyone can live life to the fullest. This can involve chatting, playing games, going on outings, or coming up with fun activities together. You will also work with delegated tasks from licensed personnel in the form of medication administration and training.

Job Description

We are currently looking for several part-time evening colleagues. The positions are scheduled for evening hours and are approximately 64%.

To be considered for the position, you need:

• A certificate from the National Board of Health and Welfare as a care assistant
• Good knowledge of the Swedish language in both spoken and written form
• A valid driver's license and the ability to cycle

We also consider previous experience in home care as an advantage.

To thrive in the position, you are engaged and care about your fellow human beings while being good at building good relationships and being service-oriented. We work in teams as well as independently, so it is important that you are comfortable in that environment.

Before we offer employment, you must present an unopened extract from the police criminal record. We also require a valid Swedish work permit, such as a passport or an approved work permit from the Migration Agency.
