We are now looking for a "barceptionist" for our hotel in Kungens Kurva!

About the position:

BW Plus Hotel Kungens Kurva is a 4-star Italian-inspired hotel with high quality and a cozy atmosphere. The hotel is newly built and opened in the autumn of 2023. In addition to our 91 cozy hotel rooms of varying sizes, there is also an Italian restaurant, a small gym, and a relaxation area.

Job responsibilities:

Job responsibilities include standard reception tasks such as check-in and check-out. You will answer the phone, make bookings, process payments, and similar tasks. Since the hotel has a combined reception & lobby bar, you will also help serve food & drinks to our guests.

Your responsibilities will also include assisting colleagues in breakfast and cleaning when needed. At the hotel, we all work together and always collaborate between departments.

We are looking for someone who is service-oriented with a great passion for service and who above all has a positive and professional attitude towards our guests.

You should be flexible, enjoy working in a team while also being able to work independently, as the reception job involves a lot of personal responsibility. You should also like to keep your surroundings clean and tidy.

What we are looking for:

We are currently looking for a 40-60% receptionist who can work both morning & afternoon shifts.
