Kylslaget has been working with air-to-air heat pumps since 2007 and is now an established player in climate-smart solutions for individuals and businesses. We are in an expansive phase and are now looking for a dedicated and driven customer service representative who wants to help take our customer experience to the next level.

About the role As a customer service representative at Kylslaget, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and suppliers with the company. The role requires that you are used to working in a fast-paced environment and feel comfortable with both phone and computer work. You also serve as a central communication link between our salespeople, technicians, and other colleagues – which places high demands on your ability to collaborate and your solution-oriented approach to work.

About the position

The position is located at our headquarters in Kungsbacka, Halland County, at Varlabergsvägen 16C. You will work on-site during daytime hours, Monday to Friday, from 07:00 to 16:00. The employment is a permanent position that begins with a six-month probationary period, and salary will be based on a fixed monthly salary according to agreement.
