Your new role

A Nero-fit barista has a warm and positive personality, loves to work with and for people. To thrive in the role, it is important that you contribute to a lovely atmosphere, have people at the center, are structured, and can easily follow routines.

Since we are open seven days a week, it is important that you can be flexible and see different working hours as an opportunity. You are an early riser who enjoys working opening and closing shifts.

Previous experience in service roles is an advantage but not a requirement.

What we are looking for:

• A pronounced service mindset to create a wow guest experience through personal service and product quality
• Teamwork skills and the willingness to step up with a give-and-take mindset
• Sense of responsibility
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• You speak and understand both Swedish and English

Additional information

The position is a permanent employment with an initial probationary period of 6 months. By law, you must be over 18 years old to be able to work opening and closing shifts where there is solo work.

We are looking for new colleagues part-time, 5-20 hours/week. The right person can soon step into a more responsible role with more hours!
