About the Position

We work, among other places, at Flustret and in a mini-casino at Interpool, which we are expanding with more games. We are now looking for competent personnel who want to be part of the team's journey and continue to strengthen our already highly valued brand.

In connection with employment, a free training to become a Croupier/Dealer begins, where you will primarily play Blackjack or poker with the guests.

In addition to the basic games, the training also includes social interaction, responsibility for gambling addiction, and conflict management. Further training in games such as Texas, Omaha, Roulette, and others is also available if interested. All of this is free of charge.

The base salary without previous experience is 168 SEK/hour + commission. Additional pay is provided for previous experience per 100 shifts and per casino game.

Positions of 25-50% are offered.

Qualifications/Experience

Working as a Croupier requires you to be an open and social person who easily connects with others. You are quick-thinking, committed to doing your best, and are independent but also work well in a team. It is also important that you enjoy and are able to work evenings and weekends.

A driver's license and previous education/experience are advantageous but not required. If you have previous experience from a restaurant casino or tournament poker, please mark your application with "Chefscroupier Uppsala"; otherwise, just "Croupier Uppsala".
