The Role

As an operator, you will be an important part of our production team. You will be responsible for operating and monitoring machines, ensuring product quality, and contributing to efficient production flow. With us, you are not just a cog in the machine – you are a central part of delivering the high quality that our customers expect.

Your main responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and adjust machines according to instructions

• Ensure that production meets the required quality and follows established procedures

• Perform basic maintenance and report any deviations

• Document production results and quality controls

• Contribute to order, cleanliness, and a safe working environment

• Collaborate closely with colleagues in production, maintenance, and quality

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who wants to grow with us. You are responsible, meticulous, and enjoy working practically. You thrive in a team but can also take initiative when needed. Previous experience in production or industry is a plus, but the most important thing is that you have the right attitude, a willingness to learn, and the courage to contribute your ideas.
