As a painter with team leader responsibilities, you will play a key role in Daimler's repair shop. You will work practically in production while supporting and leading a small team of painters. The team performs the complete painting process, from preparation and surface filling to finished paintwork. The work is free under responsibility, with great trust in your competence and without heavy administration. Here, you will paint larger objects and more advanced surfaces, where patterns, variation, and finish are the focus.

We are looking for someone with experience in vehicle painting. You have good knowledge of wet painting, sanding, and color management, and you work independently, structured, and meticulously with a clear focus on quality. You have a genuine interest in developing in your professional role, take responsibility for your work, and are happy to share your knowledge by supporting and training others. As a person, you are positive and cooperative and actively contribute to a good team spirit. You are fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written.
