About the position:

As a welder with our client, you will play a key role in ensuring high quality and precision in production. Your main tasks will include welding and joining materials according to drawings and specifications, quality control of completed work, and contributing to an efficient production flow. You will work closely with both the production team and management in an environment where high pace, accuracy, and safety are in focus.

Responsibilities:

• Perform welding and joining of materials according to drawings and specifications

• Conduct inspections and measurements to ensure quality and precision in the work

• Participate in improvement and efficiency initiatives within production

• Collaborate with production teams, management, and any external suppliers

• Document completed work according to established procedures

• Ensure that work is performed according to applicable safety and quality requirements

About you:

Qualifications:

• Experience in welding work within production or workshop environments

• Knowledge of reading technical drawings and understanding technical specifications

• Good skills in one or more welding methods (e.g., MIG/MAG, TIG, MMA)

• Valid welding certificates are an advantage

• Experience working with various materials such as carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum

• Meticulous, responsible, and quality-conscious

• Able to work both independently and in a team

• Forklift or crane license is an advantage

• Swedish language skills in both speech and writing

Working hours: Daytime Monday-Friday

Scope: Full-time

Salary: According to collective agreement

Start: Immediately, considering any notice period

Other: You will be employed by us and work for our client, with the possibility of direct employment with the client after the rental period.
