Rosengren & Nilsson Group was founded in 2021 through the merger of two well-established foundries: Rosengrens Metallgjuteri (founded in 1909) and Vetlanda Gjuteri (founded in 2001). Together, we combine more than a century of craftsmanship tradition with modern expertise in metal casting.

In our foundry in Vetlanda, we work with everything from industrial companies and workshops to municipalities, construction companies, and golf courses. Here, we manufacture technical components, signs, and special details in bronze and aluminum, often in small series or as unique orders.

The work is characterized by precision, craftsmanship, and great variation.

About the Position

We are now looking for an experienced and meticulous sand molder for our foundry in Vetlanda. You will work with the production and processing of sand molds for casting in bronze and aluminum.

The role is practical and requires a good understanding of molding, materials, and work processes in a foundry. Since many of our assignments are customer-specific and vary in execution, we are looking for someone who enjoys a craft-oriented job where quality and precision are crucial.

Your Responsibilities

• Produce sand molds for casting in bronze and aluminum.
• Process and adjust molds to ensure correct fit and quality.
• Prepare molds for casting.
• Participate in the casting process as needed.
• Collaborate closely with other colleagues in production.
• Follow routines for quality, safety, and work environment.

We are looking for someone who has

• Experience in sand molding within foundry or similar operations.
• Good craftsmanship skills and a sense of accuracy and precision.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team.
• A practical approach and responsible work ethic.
• Experience in metal casting is an advantage but not a requirement.
