Job Description

As a foundry worker, you will work with casting, cleaning, melting, grinding, and quality control. You will manage the operations in the foundry together with your shift team, where the working hours during training are on a 2-shift basis, and later you should be able to work on all shifts, including night shifts. As a person, you are curious, stress-resistant, and have a safety mindset. You should be willing to learn and have the desire to continuously develop within the company's processes. As a foundry worker with us, you will play an important role in our production chain. Your tasks will include:

• Process Monitoring – Ensure that machines and processes are functioning optimally.
• Quality Control – Review products to meet our high-quality standards.
• Casting – Perform and monitor the casting process.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience as a foundry worker or in heavy industry, or relevant education.
• Is curious, stress-resistant, and has a safety mindset that permeates your work.
• Is technically interested and wants to continuously develop within the company's processes.
• Has good collaboration skills and communicates fluently in Swedish, both verbally and in writing.
• Has a forklift and overhead crane certificate.
