Your Responsibilities

As a machine operator, you will monitor, control, and maintain the machines used in production. The work includes both technical and quality-oriented tasks, ensuring that the machines operate optimally and that the finished products meet the required quality standards. Experience in packing and working on a production line is advantageous.

You actively contribute to achieving the company's goals for efficiency and sustainability. The role will involve shift work and requires you to manage a high work pace while maintaining focus on accuracy and quality in every step.

The work schedule is:

• permanent evening, or
• permanent night, or
• permanent weekend

It is advantageous if you have a forklift license A-B.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who is mechanically skilled and has the right drive and attitude to succeed in the role. You preferably have an industrial or technical education or equivalent work experience. A high school education with a focus on industry, production, or technology is often an advantage.

You have experience working with industrial machines, preferably within the manufacturing or packaging industry, and possess a good understanding of how machines work. We value your ability to perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting as well as quickly identify and address issues that may arise in the machinery.

As a person, you are meticulous, responsible, and have an eye for detail. You ensure that the products meet quality standards and enjoy working both independently and closely with colleagues in the production flow.
