We are now looking for assemblers for several of our clients in the Jönköping area – well-established, global companies with stable operations, high quality, and a long-term focus.
About the role
As an assembler, you will work with the assembly of components and products according to drawings, instructions, and quality requirements. The work often takes place in teams and requires both accuracy and responsibility. The tasks may vary depending on the client and product, but often include:
- Assembly of mechanical and/or electrical components
- Working according to drawings, instructions, and standards
- Quality control of your own work
- Use of hand tools and assembly equipment
- Collaboration with colleagues in production and quality
The work may be scheduled during the day or in shifts, depending on the operation.
Who are you?
We are looking for someone who is practically oriented, has a good work ethic, and enjoys working carefully and methodically. You take responsibility for your work and contribute to a good team spirit.
We would like you to:
- Have experience in assembly or work in industry/production
- Be meticulous, quality-conscious, and stress-resistant
- Have good fine motor skills and enjoy practical work
- Be able to read and understand instructions
- Master Swedish in speech and writing
Previous experience in industrial assembly is an advantage, but the right attitude and willingness to learn are equally important.
Working as a consultant with us
The position means that you will initially be employed on a fixed-term contract for 6 months, and if everything goes as planned, you will either continue with OnePartnerGroup or get a position with the client. This position means that you will be employed as a consultant with us at OnePartnerGroup and you will spend your working days at our client. As a consultant with us, you have your consultant manager who supports you in succeeding and thriving. Of course, your employment includes collective agreements, insurance, occupational pension, union relations, and wellness benefits, for nothing is more important than feeling secure in your employment with us. Let us become your new colleague!
Your application
If you have questions about the position or wonder what the process looks like going forward, you are welcome to contact Anders Brolin at [email protected] (mailto:[email protected]) or Johan Gustavsson at [email protected] (mailto:[email protected]).
