Do you want to work practically, structured, and be an important part of modern industrial production?
We are now looking for assemblers for several of our clients in the Jönköping area – well-established, global companies with stable operations, high quality, and a long-term focus.

About the role

As an assembler, you will work with the assembly of components and products according to drawings, instructions, and quality requirements. The work often takes place in teams and requires both accuracy and responsibility. The tasks may vary depending on the client and product, but often include:

  • Assembly of mechanical and/or electrical components
  • Working according to drawings, instructions, and standards
  • Quality control of your own work
  • Use of hand tools and assembly equipment
  • Collaboration with colleagues in production and quality

The work may be scheduled during the day or in shifts, depending on the operation.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who is practically oriented, has a good work ethic, and enjoys working carefully and methodically. You take responsibility for your work and contribute to a good team spirit.

We would like you to:

  • Have experience in assembly or work in industry/production
  • Be meticulous, quality-conscious, and stress-resistant
  • Have good fine motor skills and enjoy practical work
  • Be able to read and understand instructions
  • Master Swedish in speech and writing

Previous experience in industrial assembly is an advantage, but the right attitude and willingness to learn are equally important.
