We are now looking for a process manager in surface treatment for one of our industrial clients in the Gnosjö region.

As a process manager, you have a central role in the organization and are responsible for ensuring stable, efficient, and quality-assured surface treatment processes. You will work both operationally and developmentally, focusing on process optimization, monitoring, and improvement work.

• Be responsible for and monitor surface treatment processes
• Ensure that process parameters are followed and optimized
• Work with quality monitoring and deviation management
• Participate in and drive improvement work
• Ensure correct handling of chemicals and environmental requirements
• Collaborate with production, quality, and technology

We are looking for someone with technical understanding and preferably experience in surface treatment, chemistry-intensive production, or similar process industry. You are analytical, structured, and have a strong quality mindset.

It is advantageous if you have:

• Experience in process optimization
• Knowledge of chemical handling and environmental requirements
• Experience working with documentation and procedures

As a person, you are solution-oriented, responsible, and enjoy working both independently and in a team.
