About the position

As a CNC operator, you are an important part of the production. You will work in a modern machine park where you operate and monitor several machines while ensuring that the parts are manufactured according to drawings and established quality requirements.

The most important aspects of the role are that you:

• Can read and understand drawings
• Work meticulously and have a strong quality mindset
• Take responsibility for getting the work right from the start

You will perform ongoing checks, make adjustments as needed, and contribute to ensuring that production runs efficiently. The work is done in teams where collaboration and communication are a natural part of everyday life.

We are looking for someone with a technical interest and a desire to develop within the industry. You do not need to know everything from the start – the most important thing is that you are meticulous, responsible, and want to do a good job.
